Where do you collect devices from?
Anywhere in Poland — by courier. In Warsaw, Poznań and Gdańsk we can also collect devices and provide on-site services such as inventory and data erasure.
What happens to the data on bought-back devices?
We erase all data using certified methods. Even damaged or reset devices can hold recoverable data, so we make sure it is removed completely.
Do I have to ship the devices myself?
No. We collect the devices from you — no packing or transport to arrange.
Can I buy new devices for less at the same time?
Yes — in a trade-in deal we offset the payment for new devices against the buyback value.
